Captains will submit a team roster including the following requirements. Twelve players per team, three players of opposite gender and only two players under the age of 30. All teams will play each game with two opposite gender players on the field at all times. However,
if extreme circumstances present themselves and the two gender rule is not possible. Teams must remove players from the field by the lack of gender players.
